Participation requires Radical Honesty and Total Ownership. We provide the architecture; you must execute the program.

• Payment Clearance: All access fees for 1-on-1 sessions and digital assets must be cleared in full prior to the deployment of any materials or scheduling of sessions.
• Security: All transactions are processed via secure 256-bit encrypted gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). We do not store financial data.
• Cancellation: Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24-hour notice results in forfeiture of the session slot. The system does not tolerate wasted time.

Your data is treated with military-grade privacy standards.

• We do not sell, trade, or expose your identity to third parties.
• Session logs are anonymized and stored on encrypted local servers, not public clouds.
• Your "Operative ID" allows you to interact with our system without revealing your legal name in public forums.

Access to the SelfElite network is a privilege. We reserve the right to terminate access immediately without refund if an Operative:

• Demonstrates abusive behavior towards staff or other members.
• Attempts to copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary methodologies.
• Repeatedly fails to execute agreed-upon protocols. We do not carry dead weight.

Results vary based on individual capacity and adherence to the protocol. SelfElite Systems guarantees the quality of the tools provided but cannot guarantee specific life outcomes, as execution lies solely with the Operative.
